What You’ll Do

As a Water Safety Coach, you’ll play a vital role in helping individuals learn essential water safety skills. Your responsibilities will include:
- Teaching water safety techniques and swimming fundamentals to students of varying skill levels.
- Ensuring a safe and positive environment during lessons.
- Monitoring and assessing students’ progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor while representing Ola Loa Swim Academy.
- Adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure the well-being of all participants.

What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a related role, such as swim instruction or water safety coaching.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with students and parents.
- A passion for teaching and a commitment to water safety.
- The ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Certification in lifeguarding, CPR, or first aid (preferred but not required).
