Managing a team of remote accounts receivable specialists, the full-time Revenue Cycle Manager will ensure optimal revenue cycle results for assigned clients, focusing on performance metrics, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities: Oversees a remote team to manage accounts receivable functions, driving revenue generation Continuously evaluates revenue cycle operations, ensuring quality standards and client expectations are met Analyzes A/R trends and collection processes to identify cash flow improvement opportunities Required qualifications: 3+ years of RCM management experience in a healthcare-related industry, preferably with Ambulatory Surgical Centers or outpatient hospitals Familiarity with SIS, HST, Advantx, and/or Waystar preferred Strong understanding of revenue cycle processes and their impact on A/R and cash results Proficient in computer skills and knowledge of computerized billing systems, including intermediate skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook Ability to lead projects and manage staff effectively to achieve organizational goals
