Location Lincoln Street Outpatient Treatment Program - Worcester, MA Schedule 16 hours a week. Week 1: Monday 5-1:30 and Thursday 5-1:30. Week 2: Monday 5:00am-1:30pm and Saturday 5:00am-1:30pm Pay Rate $33.00/hour (LPN), $36.00/hour (RN) Benefits 401k with company contribution Discounts on wide array of services/entertainment Responsibilities Administer medication to clients as outlined in medication administration policy. Control, count and appropriately document onsite medication. Educate clients on use, purpose, side effects, and other information relating to medication assisted treatment. Verify medication orders with the physician and transcribe physician’s orders. Assist in the admission process and document substance use diagnosis as required. Qualifications Must be a Massachusetts Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse. Must have a current CPR certificate or obtain certification within 90 days of hire. Must display the use of appropriate independent judgment to determine appropriate course of action in resolving problems and in emergencies. Must be able to express themselves adequately in written and oral communication and to communicate effectively in an interdisciplinary, culturally diverse setting with clients, families, staff and regulatory agencies.
