About the Position

HOME EVERY 2 WEEKS – WE KEEP YOU ROLLING!
We are a private fleet looking for OTR Team Drivers.

Pay: Teams start at $0.80 per mile split, ALL MILES PAID
- Solos start at $0.60 per mil, ALL MILES PAID
Mileage: Most teams average 5,000–5,500 miles per week (more miles = more pay!)
- Solos averager 2,700-3,000 miles per week
Earnings: Teams averaging 5,000 miles can make $4,000 per week split
Schedule: Out 2 weeks, home 2 days

Paid Time Off:
- - Earn 2.31 hours weekly (equals 3 weeks per year)

Extra Pay:
- Detention: $10/hour per driver after 2nd hour (no cap)
- Stops: $50 per driver for qualified stops
- Breakdowns & weather delays covered
- Orientation pay: $500
Bonuses: Clean DOT inspections, driver recognition programs

Equipment: 2023 or newer Volvos, Freightliners, InternationalsGoverned at 70 MPH, all automatic

Requirements:

Must be 24 years of age
Must have a Class A CDL (no endorsements required)
Must have a Clean MVR and Background
Minimum 2 years of verifiable OTR experience
