to coordinate customer bookings, reservations, and service scheduling. This role plays a key part in maintaining efficient customer scheduling and supporting company growth. Key Responsibilities

Schedule transportation appointments and ride reservations Confirm bookings and update customer information Make outbound and inbound calls regarding scheduling needs Coordinate with customers and dispatch teams Maintain accurate scheduling records Assist with service follow-ups and customer communication Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent Strong communication and phone skills Basic computer proficiency Organizational and multitasking abilities Professional and friendly demeanor Salary Range
